What is JANCO?

JANCO is a privately run educational consultancy created in response to the growth in international education in Australia.

JANCO draws on the extensive English Language education and management experience of its director, Jan Smith, to provide skills, advice and services to individuals and institutions.

JANCO has an independent voice allowing it to offer unbiased advice to students, educational institutions and companies.

What can JANCO Offer?

JANCO operates in the areas of assessment, tuition and consulting. Providing a high quality service in these areas, JANCO assists institutions in developing the type of policies and procedures which will encourage successful outcomes for their international student population.

JANCO also helps second language learners to make informed decisions about their educational future based on sound educational information.

While continuing to meet individual student needs through assessment, tuition and placement, JANCO is developing a new range of products and services. We now offer specially tailored English Language and communication courses to corporate clients and, in response to requests from within the ELICOS industry, JANCO has moved into the areas of staffing assistance and materials production.
